How to exclude AI songs from Apple Music playlists and suggestions?
Is there anyway to filter out AI songs so they are not included in Apple generated playlists/suggestions?

Great questions! I don't know of any existing filter or feature that can achieve this; am no expert however.
If you like, you could send a "feature request" to those who work on the Music software behind-the-scenes at Apple. You may help get things underway to establish ways of "tagging" the AI generated content in songs, similar to what is already being made available for Apple's "News" items, and thus paving the way for the ability to "filter" songs with AI content. The more feedback Apple receives on an issue, the more likely it will be addressed in a future update, so if others want to send feedback too, there's a link below,
