iphone 17 pro max charging issue
why is my iphone 17 pro max overheat when its charging by cable and drains instead of charging, but when put on magsafe it charges slowly

Are you using the charging cable which was included with your iPhone? What charging brick are you using? Is MFi certified or one sold by Apple? Do you have another charging brick you can use? As to your MagSafe charger, what wattage is it? If less than 15W, it will charge slowly.
