Blue tooth Hearing Aid no longer plays sound even when it says it is connected

Bluetooth audio with my hearing aid shows as connected, but there is no sound. When I disconnect, I can hear the sound on the computer speakers. Sometimes when I reboot, it works, but not for long. The machine is a MacBook Air Tahoe 26.1. The hearing aid comes from specsavers.

Bluetooth headphones sound muffled on macOS Tahoe 26.1 I’m using a MacBook Air M4 running macOS Thaoe 26.1 and I’ve noticed a consistent issue with Bluetooth audio quality. When connecting Soundcore Q30 headphones (and even Galaxy Buds2), the audio sounds very muffled and flat compared to Android or Windows devices. There’s no “Stereo” or “A2DP” output profile visible in the Sound settings — it only shows a single “Soundcore Q30” device. And I already tried repairing, forcing AAC in terminal, changing mic to MacBook Air microphone, but its still muffled Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

Bluetooth Sound Device Volume Adjustment Is Not Controlled By MacBook. When I connected my Bluetooth Device, I could not adjust the Volume on MacBook F11 & F12 Keys. You Can Hear the Sound at a Steady Volume Unchanged on Bluetooth Device when pressing the F Keys and at the same time Hear the F Keys Sound Effects Go Up and Down.. I FIXED IT BY TURNING OR TOGGLING THE BLUETOOTH ICON ON AND OFF, THEN IT AUTOMATICALLY CORRECTED IT SELF AUTOMATICALLY.. DISCONNECTING AND RE-CONNECTING DOES NOT WORK. TOGGLE THE BLUETOOTH ON COMPUTER ON AND OFF.. I FOUND THE ANSWER BY ACCIDENTALLY TURNING IT OFF WHILE DISCONNECTING AND RE-CONNECTING. OH YEAH!! RE-STARTING DOES NOT WORK EITHER.. FOR SOME DUMB REASON.. Well at least Not for Me..
