My Macbook isn't recognizing the bluetooth-signal of my hearing aid any more! Until last week it worked well but now the aids don't appear on the Bluetooth list any more, nor the headphone sign.
Do you guys have an advice??

The MacBook Pro 13-in from early 2015 features Bluetooth 4.0, which included Bluetooth Low Energy, generally thought of as the best way to communicate with low energy (battery-operated) devices like hearing aids.
Your hearing Aid maker is NOT on the list of MFI hearing aids shown here, so I assume they are straight Bluetooth, and do NOT use an iPhone app to adjust the settings.

Your hearing aids are likely standard Bluetooth devices. and as such, turning off your phone will NOT succeed is Un-Pairing your hearing aids from your phone. This means your hearing aids are paired to your phone until unpaired, and cannot not be connected to another device (like your Mac) until Un-Pairing from your phone is successful.

Bluetooth uses the same crowded, interference-prone part of the spectrum used by 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. Bluetooth is subject to interference and stray radiation from badly-shielded USB devices as well.
Most hearing aids will only pair with one device at a time. If your hearing aids are still connected to your phone, they will not be available (in most cases) for your Mac.

1- I indeed did the trick of switching off the Bluetooth on my iPhone: that didn't help
2- Hearing aids: 2 chargeable AudioNova devices from 2024

Until recently, hearing aids and MacBook paired automatically and could be seen on the BlueTooth list!!!
But now, the hearing aids are disappeared out of the BlueTooth list, but under all the devices, that are still mentioned in this list, is written: "no connection"
I went to the hearing-aid shop and they tried hard to pair and connect, but they didn't succeed and advised me to go to the local Apple dealer: they tried very hard to find a solution, but also their efforts were not successful.
Apple Support adviced me to buy a new MacBook with "M" chips, but that is at the moment "a bridge too far".
My idea: perhaps a recent update is blocking BlueTooth through some new safety measures or perhaps I did activate a block on the BlueTooth myself?

as my main interest lies in a good connection of the hearing aids with my iPhone, I will not un-pair the iPhone in favor of a new pairing effort on my MacBook, to not to put to risk the good connection with my iPhone.(my digital dexterity has seen better days: 80y old now)
But one item still puzzles me: how was the Bluetooth so good for (simultaneously both Mac and iPhone) in '24 and '25, and deteriorated suddenly a week ago by first saying:"refuse connection" and after a day complete removal of the hearing aids off the Bluetooth-list.
