Safari is not supporting
Apple Safari Browser is not supporting audio and video call on Facebook and messenger. Just informs "video/Audio calling is not supported in this browser". How can I resolve it ?

Safari obviously supports video and audio calls. If a website requests access to your Mac's camera and microphone Safari will prompt you to allow access:

Control access to the microphone on Mac - Apple Support
If that is not happening then is something wrong with Facebook and messenger. Contact their respective developers for support.
