iOS and System Data taking large space (75G of 128G iPhone 16)

iOS and System Data took too much space (75GB in my case). Is this normal?!

It basically grows everyday and eventually took all the space I have on this 128GB iPhone 16, there seems no way to clean up so I had to reset the iOS and restore from backup 4 weeks ago, and now it grows back!!

System Data Consistently Returning:

It's NOT Normal, but expected. There is no way to know how, nor when, this occurs. But, it does occur. Potentially, installs and the like are pending, and the iOS is trying to gather its thoughts before putting things where they should be. Caches are then created so that applications can operate faster and be more affective.
