Warning emails for battery charging completion

People are smart at Apple, why can't you come up with a way for iPhones and Watches to send an email, or a text, when their device battery is being charged to let the owner know when it has completed or say at 95 percent? With over-charging causing so much damage to batteries, this would be a big benefit.

Like sberman said, it is IMPOSSIBLE to over charge any Apple battery in any Apple device. You can leave it plugged in all night, every night without need to worry. Perhaps that's why Apple doesn't feel the need to inform you about the battery charge status.
