Are you looking at diagnostic logs that are labelled with a Bug Type? If so, yes it is normal and are constantly being produced where the old ones are replaced with newer ones. The Bug Type listed there does not mean you are seeing any specific problem with your device and used solely by Apple Engineers. Each is a code for a specific purpose, for example a Bug Type of 288 would indicate that the corresponding log is a Stackshot. It is the engineer that specifies in code where they want to produce a specific diagnostic log.

Diagnostic logs are not even actually "read" by the Engineers, they are fed through an analyzer where the information is decoded and usually a backtrace is created. For you, they are totally unusable. For users that have opted to automatically send diagnostic logs to Apple, they are useful for them to optimize the OS where each has a category labelled as Bug Type.
