I have seen these dots on my m2 air display. They appear on white or light background and are visible clearly. These can be felt with fingernail. Device still under warranty. I also have many non removable dots on my display visible at certain angles and in flashlight.

They are dead dots of your MacBook Air screen panel. You can't resolve it by yourself.
Try to contact Apple Support and tell them the circumstance you face now for asking replace LCD panel for free before your one year limited warranty is expired if you don't have AppleCare+.
But will they not classify it cosmetic or user induced damage?
