battery life series 10 after iOS 26 upgrade is down by 50%. Is there any solution?

Did you already try to force restart your Apple Watch after the latest watchOS upgrade/update?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
And, just to be sure, force restart your iPhone as well:
