We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community. We do what we can to help each other troubleshoot the issues that arise.... we may all have different combinations of iPhone model and iOS software version, so what works for one may not work for everyone. We can't guess if any particular model or iOS version has a problem, has interference, or is damaged etc..

If not, or if the method given in Apple Support's own "how to" article for iOS 26 (previous reply) is not working for you, you can send feedback to reach those who work on the software behind-the-scenes at Apple.
All feedback is carefully read and logged, and, if others also experience the same issue, we may see an update that "fixes" it. The more feedback Apple receives on which iPhone models, and iOS versions are affected, the more likely we will see an update that addresses it.
