At some point might you have changed your Apple Account to a different account? If yes, this happens because you likely downloaded apps under the previous account and apps are forever tied to the Apple Account they were downloaded under. You would in this case, need to delete the apps which were downloaded under the previous account and redownload/purchase them again under the current Apple Account.

Sign out of your Apple account, reboot the phone, then sign back in.
