Apple Watch Siri transcribes podcasts in CarPlay

While I am wearing my Apple Watch and connecting to CarPlay I sometimes listen to podcasts and I noticed that far too often when the podcast is playing my Apple Watch activates Siri and begins to transcribe what is being said.

Is there a setting I need to change in order to prevent this from occurring? When I don't notice this is happening it seems the transcription is a paragraph or more before I click the digital crown once to stop the action.
