How to make a single table (list) of Apple Card transactions for a given billing period, including the name of the item purchased?

How can I get a list of transactions with the item purchased there from Wallet? so for the entire month of Dec 2025 each line would be like Date/Time, Item purchased (like NOAA radar, Solitaire, iCloud, etc.), amount. Other credit cards do this sensible thing. Apple Card appears to not give you this. Can it be done? If not, is there a reasonable workaround? NOTE: I want one clean list of transactions on the same page, like on regular credit cards. Thanks!

Example:

DATE, Transaction ID, item purchased, amount in dollars, running total (or balance)

iPhone 7 plus; iOS 15.8.5

2025-12-04 WEOUVNX Apple Care Plus 59.99 59.99

2025-12-07 QPEIUBPQI Texter 9.99 69.98

etc.

all in a single table on a single page.

I think I understand the issue(s). When you added the Apple Card Mastercard to your Wallet, it was also added to your Apple Account. Your Apple Account does send an itemized receipt via email.

But each email is only for a day.

You can go to your Apple Account and add an additional payment method. Once that’s done, you can set the new payment method as the default. You’ll continue to get itemized receipts via email. You’ll no longer receive the 3% Daily Cash back, but will receive the benefits of the new payment method. You can switch default payment methods at anytime using your iPhone or secure web browser.

I'll check it out! I can get 'points' instead of the 3% bit.

In regard to the account statements you receive from Goldman Sachs (issuer and servicer of Apple Card Mastercard) it lists individual transactions/payments, but not itemized items purchased. I’m not aware of any credit card that provides that information. I’ve cards from American Express, Citi Bank, Chase, Wells Fargo and several others. None provide an itemized breakdown.

Well, it comes a lot closer:

Still, at least I can see the store or company involved. On the Apple Card, all it gives is

what's below, and the last line is in microscopic print, which people over 40 will have trouble with.

At least with other credit cards, it tells you the store or company. A lot better than this! In fact, before they moved my app subscriptions to the Apple Card card (probably only those bought on the App Store), I don't recall having this problem.

You have guessed correctly about the enhanced security and privacy Apple Card provides. Everything you see in your Wallet app concerning Apple Card is kept private from Apple. Apple has no knowledge of your purchases unless Apple is the merchant. But even then, Goldman Sachs will not supply that information via the wallet or monthly statements.

I'd still, in general, like to see the numbers on the card in case I want to make a purchase on a non-Apple website where they ask you to enter your card no. I can't even put it in my password manager AFAICT.

You can see all your recent Apple purchases at this web address.

Now we're talking! Close to what I want. It actually gives the names of apps! A great workaround. Thank you!

The Apple Card is probably not for you. Cancel it and move on. The Apple Card is not like “other cards” and you cannot produce the list you want to unless you manually go through your transaction receipts and create the list yourself. All you can do is print your monthly statement from your Wallet and it will not comply with your requirements. Good luck.

To make sure you understand, you can download and print your Apple Card monthly statements from your Wallet using the instructions in the link I posted. You can also download and print your Apple Card monthly statements from the Apple Card website https://card.apple.com/

Those statements will not, however, show the item you purchased and I don't know of any credit card that does. Statements list the entity you made the purchase from (i.e Apple, Amazon, J.C. Penney, etc) but not what you purchased from them.

So download your monthly statement, print it, and see if it suffices.

In addition you are misinformed about out the card number not being available. If you want to make an online purchase other than from Apple you can easily see your card information by tapping the card icon at the top of the Apple Card screen in your wallet. All the information you need to enter on a website is there. More and more websites are supporting Apple Pay for paying online, no need to enter anything.

The physical titanium Apple Card, if you have one, does not have any numbers for security reasons but you do not need it t make online purchases.

The Apple Card is a Mastercard provided and managed by Goldman Sachs Bank an is accepted wherever Mastercard is.

Finally it has become clear that your complaints come from your lack of knowledge and education abut how the Apple Card functions. Try learning about the card more.

First of all, thanks for your reply!

No. I am referring to any and all purchases made on the Apple Card, Apple product or not. When I signed up for this card, all my app subscriptions were moved to this card. I didn't move them; I'm presuming Apple did, at least those I bought on the Apple Store, including Apple Care+.

OK, I looked again through my emails. I can only find emails with the subject "Your receipt from Apple".

But each email only lists purchases for a single day.

I might have once had a way to search them for the item and price. But maybe not.

The monthly statements tell you all but everything else.

Is this really the best that can be done?

WAIT! OK, I found the emails with the Purchase History link. But the list it gives is pretty poor. The screen cuts off stuff on the right, including the price.

Is there some way to do better?

Is there some way to move all of this stuff to a real credit card?

See the screenshot below. No, there is no horizontal scroll bar.

Jan 6, 2026 9:45 PM in response to lkrupp

Well, I would need to move my subscriptions to a real credit card first. I'm not sure how to do that. I'd probably have to do that for all future App Store purchases, too. I never asked for my existing subscriptions to be moved to the Apple Card, BTW. And I don't think Apple ever told me they did it. Maybe it said so in one of those super long license agreements. I only got the card because it was free and was the only way I could get interest-free monthly installments for the purchase of my Mac.

IDK. I like to see what I'm paying for each month. Is that somehow unreasonable, to get a single list of the items I purchased in a month? I guess others don't want to easily see where their money goes, or are happy to do it with a zillion and a half taps. Hmmm, it's probably easier to do this with the mail app!

BTW, I can't tell if you're demeaning me or Apple. Regardless, the "other cards", at least the ones I have and have had, do it right.

Another problem is that the credit card number does not appear on the card. Makes it hard to buy something on various websites that require it. Guess it's only good at the App Store. Yeah, increased security. But you have to balance security vs. convenience. Or they just want to force you to use the App Store, or for non-Apple purchases, a different credit card. So be it.

The hand may be quicker than the eye, but the eye is definitely quicker than the mouse or tapping.

Numbers on the card are not happening. In fact more banks are moving towards no numbers as an anti fraud/security precaution.

The numbers are available in your Wallet app. Please review screenshots below.

Tap the icon the yellow arrow points to.

The necessary numbers are available all available. I’ve crossed mine out for security precautions. But they are available. I circled the section where other partial numbers are available.

You can add the card numbers to Safari using the following patch,

iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Autofill Cards > Add Card > enter requested information specific to your Apple Card Mastercard
