iOS 26 FaceTime Audio call history groups multiple calls

I often make calls using Facetime Audio. Prior to IOS 26, the call history worked fine. It didn't matter whether I used Factime Audio or a regular cellphone connection. All calls were listed with times. But in iOS26 it seems that a series of calls is being summarized as one item.

I now see the person's name, the word "Facetime" and a number in parentheses -- which is the number of times I called them.

But when I tap the "i" button, I see only one entry. "Outgoing call" and a time. But there were three calls. Where is the log of those three calls? Is the time shown a total of the three calls? How can I see the different calls itemized?

Can anybody explain what has happened here?

Many thanks.

Just to be clear, the problem apparently only happens with Facetime Audio calls.

Make a series of calls to the same caller.
Go to Recent Calls
Hit the "i" Info button next to a caller's name.
Then tap "Call History"

Call history only shows the latest call.

This is not true with regular cell calls -- all calls are listed.

For this reason, and because this problem began when I installed iOS26, I consider it a bug.

Whether it is or isn't a bug, Apple won't see your posts here on this user to user only forum. Have you provided feedback to Apple where it will be seen? Use this to share your findings with Apple --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple

It's not always the iOS update's fault!  Many things can cause phone problems.  If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Remember, the right question often leads to the solution!

Was/Is your device Jailbroken? If that's the situation, please be informed that attributing the issues to iOS updates may not be accurate.

iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.

Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

Thank you the replies, SravanKrA, but this was not helpful to me. No, my phone is not jailbroken. No, switching from Classic to Unified view makes no difference for this problem. And yes, I check call durations every day and the day I upgraded to iOS26 is the day I stopped seeing complete call logs.

Yes, the multiple calls have always been grouped. But until iOS26, when you click the "info" button you'd see an itemized list of all the individual calls. That no longer happens.

I want to see the duration of every call. That was possible before, but no longer.
