How do I convert Minutes to Hundredths in numbers?

If you mean something like 3:41 → 3.68h,

then the formula is: =HOUR(A1) + MINUTE(A1)÷60

Next, you can set the cell properties to force showing 2 decimals.

Thank you so much! It seems as though it is different from Excel. I have used Excel for 30 years and now since retiring I am attempting to use Numbers. Thanks again....
