You would need to schedule an appointment with Apple to have it checked out. There are currently no Service Programs for that issue, and only Apple could decide on an individual case whether they would cover that on a warranty. Nobody here would be able to make that decision.

BTW have you had the watch more than Apple's statutory warranty period for your country? If so then no, even manufacturing faults are not covered.
As I understand it, USA and most of the planet is 1 year, EU 2 years in places, UK 6 years with limitations.
Hi 5 weeks remaining of warranty period. Wondering if the degradation of this coating has an impact upon health readings since it may allow more light to fall upon the sensors. Had several previous Apple Watches and never had this problem occur. Bottom line is it shouldn’t occur on watch less than 12 months old.
