iPhone 17 Pro: Delayed, batched RCS group messages

I am receiving RCS group messages in batches on my new iPhone 17 Pro. The messages also seem very delayed unless I am in the group chat and actively sending messages. It is unclear whether the group is all receiving my messages, as some have not responded. I am only experiencing these issues with RCS group messages that have only one Android member.

I have attempted to resolve it by turning off iMessage, RCS, and MMS, then turning them back on before restarting my phone, but it still appears to be happening.

Also, one of the group messages said I had left the group at least once.
