Input keyboards are randomly changing

I have an iPhone 12, purchased new, and since the latest update, IOS 26.2, every time I open the keyboard to input anything, my primary keyboard of choice ( Swift key ) that I have been using without problems so far, gets uncontrollably replaced by another one. I tried restarting the phone, removing the other keyboard, and making sure the one I want is on top of the other, no chance. It's such a waste of time, trying to use it while battling with the other one back and forth. Anyone else having the same issue? Any advice? Thank you

Reset your iPhone:

Configurations would be reset, providing Reset Keyboard Dictionary in process. Learn more here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Transfer or Reset iPhone
  4. Tap: Reset

IMPORTANT:

Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone prior to this? If so, you could restore your iPhonefrom the backup. It would have to be of the same iOS version. So, learn to always create a backup every-so-ofter, for instances like this.
