What does 'Downtime Contact' mean on iPhone 15 contacts?

ON MY iPhone 15 UNDERNEATH MY CONTACTS NAME IT WILL SAY DOWNTIME CONTACT. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

A Downtime Contact is allowed to communicate to the iPhone holder during screen time restricted periods.
