Sorry, but Apple does NOT get involved in lost or stolen devices. You cannot pay Apple a fee to try to track your phone. The chances of ever seeing your phone again, are beyond slim. All you can do is ask your carrier to blacklist the phone and buy a new phone. Also be aware, Apple never sends messages saying your phone has been found. If you get a message, they are from the thieves who will ask to you validate your account credentials so they can take over ownership of the phone. Don't fall for such a scam.

No one offers the ability to track a stolen electronic device by its serial number. Simply said, the serial number alone does not provide real-time location data or enable remote tracking.

Whether you know the serial number, the IMEI number or have an empty box won't help you find a stolen iPhone. Again, I'm sorry your phone was stolen. It's been a year as you suggest, it's time to move on. No one here, nor at Apple can help you find your phone.

Criminals are NOT good people. Even if you could, would you really be willing to put your life on the line trying to get your phone back? Buy a new phone and move on with your life. No object is worth risking your life for.
