Family Sharing: Missing Apple ID password option

I am the Family Organizer on our Apple Account. We just updated our 16-year-old daughter's iPhone, but she cannot recall her iCloud password. When I go into Settings>Family>"her name">Apple Account, there is no Apple Account and Password option, just Apple Account. My research has found that I need to change the screen time, so I did that to allow all changes. My iPhone OS is up to date, and I restarted it. But, it still reads "Apple Account" and not "Apple Account and Password" under her name in the family account. We cannot up do anything with the new phone because the password she has for the icloud account will not work and we cannot reset it since it wants the old password. Does anyone have any solutions to offer or do I need to spend the day at Apple? Thank you for any advice.

This Apple article has instructions for what to do about a forgotten Apple account password —> If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support or go directly to this link —> http://iforgot.apple.com/

If she doesn't receive a verification or reset email, read this Apple Support article: If you didn’t receive your Apple Account verification or password reset email - Apple Support

"When you make certain updates to your Apple ID, we’ll send you an email to help you complete the update. For example, you might have reset your password, reset your security questions, or added a new email address to your account." Also check your junk mail.

If she finds she can’t sign in, reset her password, or receive verification codes, she can request account recovery (read this support article: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204921 ) to regain access to your account. Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information she can provide to verify your identity. This is a multi-step process.
