Two laptops- trouble accessing Apple media and subscriptions on both

My many years (decades) worth of purchased apple music will not load on my new Macbook air (Sonoma), recently purchased because I needed a backup device when my main laptop had to be repaired by Apple. I have authorized the computer. There are no options to access my actual music library. Please help. Meanwhile, my old one that just got back from being repaired no longer will connect to my AppleTV+ subscription? This is nuts. I tried re-authorizing on both. NO change.

Getting Apple Music and TV+ to be Accessible:

Sign out of your Apple ID in Settings on both Macs. Then, restart the Macs. Next, sign back in on each Mac. See if it is then accessible. Perhaps it all need to resync?

Having just Been Serviced:

If new sign ins do not work, then contact Apple back. They worked on it, and they should fix anything that was unsuccessful or was a mishap. Reopen your case at: get support.apple.com
