External optical drive for 2023 MacBook Pro to burn discs

"External optical drive for 2023 MacBook Pro to burn discs: What is a good external optical drive to use with my 2023 MacBook Pro? I want to be able to burn discs, and of course my current MacBook Pro doesn't have an optical drive because that's too convenient (although the two MacBooks I've had with optical drives had a slew of issues). I found an ASUS optical drive on Amazon that I heard is good. Are there any you'd recommend over that, or is ASUS a good brand to choose?"
