How to resolve 'Malware Blocked RimAlbumArtDaemon' persistent message on new MacBook Pro?

I have recently transferred files from a 2010 MacBook Pro to a new 2024 MacBookPro M4Pro. All was working fine until I tried to install the SkyGo app. That app would not install. I also tried to open an old Powerpoint file. At some stage the message stating the need for Rosetta appeared. Today I have paused Nord VPN, managed to install Sky Go and installed Rosetta. Since then, I am no repeatedly received the message - Malware Blocked "RimAlbumArtDaemon" was not opened as it contains malware. This action did not harm your Mac. I have trawled the 'net in an attempt to resolve this however to no avail,. The malware message persists and stops me progressing anything. Any help will be gratefully received. Many thanks

Please download and run (free) EtreCheck, and share the results to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, and press the Additional Text button that looks like a printed page, and paste and post the hardware and software configuration report here. From that, we can get a little more detail about what is installed and what is running here.

Add-on “coffee shop” VPN apps and add-on security apps can come at the cost of noise, performance, stability, and privacy. In recent times, add-on security apps can be all too often reminiscent of malware, though with an end-user license agreement.
