I dropped my iPhone 13 pro max and the LCD screen is broken. I can still use the touch screen but won't anything. How much would it cost for the replacement? And is there a way to access some files on my Photos app?

As to your ability to access files depends on whether you've been backing up your iPhone or at a minimum, syncing items like Photos to iCloud. If you have, you can go to www.icloud.com and sign in to your Apple Account where such files can be seen. But, if you haven't been backing up your iPhone, nor do you sync with iCloud, youre data will most likely be gone.
