Unable to post link previews on WhatsApp

Remove Meta WhatsApp, check for and apply any iOS updates (26.2), shut down and restart your iPhone, re-install WhatsApp, and test again.

If that fails, contact Meta support. They want your data and metadata and network, and particularly your focus, so they have some incentive to fix things that might cause you to migrate off of Meta; to one of the fine alternatives to Meta Facebook Messenger and Meta WhatsApp.

Sounds like a whatsapp issue, report it to their support META.

Just chalk it up as another bug in WhatsApp that will need to be resolved by Meta. There have been 9 updates to WhatsApp in just the last month for bug fixes and unfortunately with Meta we have seen where they fix one bug with an update and introduce a couple more that have to further be fixed with another update. If that is the first or only bug you have discovered in WhatsApp, consider yourself very lucky. WhatsApp has not been the same ever since Meta has taken it over.
