Hi Team i have my old iphone 7 plus its not working calls. its showing call failed to display and i call to ur support team also they are seeing all the setting but not resolved they told communication u so please help me that software update aslo failed its showing

You're not speaking with Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate. If you are unable to make a phone call with your iPhone, you need to contact your carrier for help.
Keep in mind an iPhone 7 is considered Vintage at this point and will likely become Obsolete in Apple terms in the coming year. That means if there is a hardware issue with the phone, Apple won't likely be willing to offer service options for such an old iPhone. iPhone 7 was released in 2016 a full 9 years ago. In cell phone years, it's close to being antique.
