I'm trying to add Waze to my CarPlay. I am instructed, for my iPhone (iOS26), to go to Settings>General>CarPlay>select car>Customize to add Waze. But "Customize" is dimmed. I can't Customize! What's going on? How do I enable Customize for CarPlay?

That page has nothing to do with my specific question. My car is successfully connected to my phone on CarPlay. Actually, I now understand that "Customization" is where you can select which apps you can add to CarPlay. But I can already do that! That is, the "Customize" button is dimmed, but I already have the ability to customize. Not clear why there is even a "Customize" button there.
