Where can I get power cord for a 2013 Mac Pro?

If you mean the black trashcan desktop Mac Pro, it uses a standard universal PC power coord. It is anything but proprietary.

It is highly unlikely Apple will still carry that part. I did a general web search based on the above information and found several suppliers. This is a wordwide forum so it would be best if you did a similar search to find one near you.
