I am not getting my emails that are being sent to my privaterelay.appleid.com address

I used sign in with Apple on an app, but cannot get any emails from them. The app does not allow changing the email address, so I need this to work.


I have confirmed the private relay is active.


I have confirmed the email address it was assigned is active.


I have created a new gmail account, added it to my list of email addresses and set it as my primary, and then made sure "hide my email" had it selected as the address to forward to.


I have tried to send myself a test email, not getting it. Emails are not going to junk or spam folders.


I NEED THIS TO WORK.

It’s not clear if you have done this.


Go to Settings > [your name] > Sign in with Apple > [the app].


There you should see the @privaterelay.appleid.com address.


Only the app or website you created the account with can use this unique email address to communicate with you.
