The appleaccount.com domain is an Apple-owned domain, Apple having reportedly acquired it in a domain dispute about a decade ago.

Probably related to an Italian vendor.
As for the text message itself, various carriers offer an email-to-text gateway function. Send a mail message to the carrier’s gateway, and it gets converted into a text message. Check with your carrier for how to use and how to manage that.
