Unable to update my iPhone 13 from iOS 18.7.2 to iOS 18.7.3?

As others have suggested, share your displeasure with Apple. But just like every other year at some point, updating last years iOS version on phones capable of running this years iOS stops. And your phone is no longer eligible to be updated to iOS 18.7.3. If you want to update your phone now, you will need to update to the current iOS 26.2. Or, you can stay on an outdated iOS version and you will no longer get security updates, fixes, etc.

Apple generally only replies here when a customer's safety is at risk; testing and qualifying an older OS version takes additional resources, and they chose to stop doing that for 18 on iPhones capable of 26.
