My iPad will no longer connect to my Aviva website, saying it cannot get a secure connection , however, it works on my iPhone
it seems to be an issue with my iPad as it works on the phone!

If your iPad is running iPadOS 15 as shown in your equipment line, that website may no longer recognize older browser versions or security certificates. Some web site owners elect to only support Apple three latest OS versions. FOr iPadOS that would be:

i contacted Aviva support but not received a reply
im using an iPad 4, it’s about 4 years old. I can’t upgrade to iOS 26 as i don’t have enough free storage space😩
I can’t understand why I’m having this issue now, it’s connected to that site loads of times previously, and like I said, it connects on my iPhone but it’s too small for me to read figures easily!
