How to request a refund for an accidental subscription on Ultimate Guitar app?
My husband accidentally ordered 2 different subscriptions from Ultimate Guitar app. Both were not the ones he actually needed for his teaching business. We have canceled both and reordered the correct one. We have been billed for all 3 and would like a refund for the first 2. I was able to request only 1 refund. I would like to be refunded for the second one that cost $39.99. Apple will not let me request that refund. I need some help with this issue.
