OK, a hacker hacked my Facebook over a year. It drove me crazy because they changed my email password and device I complained with a handwritten letter to Facebook. I am just now able to get back into my Facebook but I worry that other systems on my iPhone 11 have been tampered with.
is there a way I can go over my iPhone or is there a program or something I can download I’m not real iPhone savvy thank you
There is not Facebook hack that is going to install anything on your iPhone where it would be compromised or where a program could scan your phone to detect anything.
With that said, accounts are easily compromised when the password is given to someone else, and it may have been done by you inadvertently through a phishing message where they pretended to be someone else. If someone gained access to your Facebook account, they do not have access to your Apple Account unless you used the same Password. You should never be using the same password on different account for that reason. The solution would be to change the password for every account that used that same password.

Unless you used the same login information for Facebook as you do for your Apple Account (really bad idea, by the way), someone hacking FB will have no effect on your iPhone.
