iMessage showing status as 'Delivered' when I am blocked
Why is iMessage status saying delivered if I’m blocked?

You are not given any indication if you are blocked, so it is normal that it would say Delivered. If it never said Delivered, then that would be a way to know if you were blocked and currently there is no reliable way to do that and that is by design.
