Apple Pay and adding card to Wallet Issue

Yes it does appear in the cards on any other devices (Apple Watch). It still will not allow me to add it to my phone unfortunately. I go to add the card to my phone, add the security code and then it still comes back with “This card is Already in Wallet” (which is still not visible on the wallet app on the phone).

Throughout the day, I have had my bank remove the tokens attached to my devices using Apple Pay. I have updated my software on my watch, disconnected/ reconnected my watch to my phone. I have also being successful adding the card to my Apple Pay on my watch, but I still cannot add it to my phone. I feel like it has to do with something from the software update from yesterday.

The card does appear in “Cards found for you” section as it’s linked to the Apple Watch.

I have been working with Apple support yesterday as well. There were stages where it wasn’t appearing as we had tried to remove it from other devices throughout the day. It has only reappeared in the “Cards found for you” since it was able to be added back to my watch after that was updated.

On my phone I am using iOS 26.2.

This software was only updated to this version two days ago (as I was instructed to update by an Apple staff member) due to the storage issue I was having where the System Data on my phone was sitting at around 50GB so the staff member instructed me to back up my phone and then factory reset it so that the latest software could be added. However, now I have the problem with Apple Pay on the phone.

No payment methods appear in my wallet. However, when I go to ... in the top right it shows an option for AutoFill and it says 1 card available.

When I go to add a card with the (+) option, it says that the card I want to add "This Card is Already in Wallet" which is frustrating as that card isn't displaying in the wallet.

No payment methods appear, but I only ever had one- the one debit card I am trying to reset up.

I can add my apple account as an option, but I don't have any money attached to this account. I really just want to set up my debit card again. This is all on the same phone (just had to do a factory reset which was recommended to me yesterday by an apple staff member in store to free up storage space).
