How do I cancel a pick-up from store?

I ordered an iPhone to pick up in a store. I thought it would be available today but unfortunately it’s not ready for pick up until next week. I need the phone immediately, though. I wanted to cancel and order it from another store but it’s already shipped, so I can’t cancel. Is it possible to cancel the pick-up at store and get a refund?
