How Sign Out A Locked Apple ID From An iPhone?

My Friend Apple ID Account Is Locked & Now Cannot Sign Out From The iPhone.

My Friend Recenly Just Bought A New iPhone, Since He Was New To Use It He Created His Own Apple ID Account With A Gmail Domain & Sign In To That Brand New iPhone Device.

A Few Hours Later, He Received A Notification That His Account Was Locked. There's An Option To Reqest Access, After That A Mail Came From Apple That Says "Request Access For This Account Is Rejected" Just That.

Since It's A New Account He Don't Really Mind Of It, Just Create A New Account.

But Thats The Problem Starts, He Cannot Sign Out From The Device. An Error Always Appear "Please Check Your Personal Information Verification" Or Something Like That Every Time He Entered His Password.

He Want's To Erase & Reset All Content Of The Phone, But It Kept Asking For The Password Where Every Time His Entering It, It Always Got Rejected By Apple.

Flashing It Via iTunes Have To Think Twice About The iCloud Verification. Cuz The Verification Requires An Active Apple ID, But The Apple ID Is Locked For No Reason,

So How Can We Sign Out The Locked Apple ID From The Device?

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Read the requirements and steps for an Activation Lock support request at: https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support and links at the bottom right for the type of service requested. Apple says they may require "proof of purchase documentation” and that you need “proof of ownership documentation”, but does not detail what currently constitutes proof other than it “must include the product serial number, IMEI or MEID.” User reports on this community indicate that typically Apple will ONLY accept an original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller. Presumably this is the only kind Apple can authenticate against fraud since Apple is not involved in third party sales. Apple recommends that you "Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device" --> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support

If Apple resets the device this will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
