Finding devices is detailed in the link from Rudegar. Also, you can follow that link to find out how to REMOVE those devices from being connected to your Apple ID account. I guess you can remove them if you think they are "hacking" you. I don't understand, however, how an AirTag or Apple Watch somewhere can "hack" your account. As a precaution you could change your Apple ID password. Also, make sure two-factor authentication is activated.
