Should I upgrade iPhone 14 Plus to iOS 26.2?

I am using 18.7.1 on my iPhone 14 Plus. When iOS 26 was first announced some other source said that my phone is not suitable for upgrade. Now I received message from my own phone that it is ready for upgrade upgrade to iOS 26.2 Is it better to upgrade or stay in 18.7.1 ?
