No sound on the Apple app

No sound on the apple app - tried reset/re logging in/turning tv off but still not working.


any ideas???

Please verify that your Sony TV system software is up-to-date.

Please verify that your version of the Apple TV app is up-to-date. The TV system software may have options to do so automatically.

Else try deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app, as a way to start over with a clean slate.


If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for suggestions. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/​email/​callback).
