Syncing from music to iPhone issues

So everything is up to date I have a m1 MacBook pro and a 17 pro max and recently had to re sync my music library but noticed all the artwork was incorrect on the phone but not in Music. So I deleted the music app on my phone and deleted the library reinstalled the app and tried to re sync. In music it looks as if it's all transferred but on the phone and in Finder there Is some but no where near all of my music. has anyone experienced this?
