Pip-Boy watch face suggestion for Apple Watch

Does Apple have any licensing agreements with the entertainment or video game industries. If they do, then they should develop a Pip Boy watch face for the Apple Watch. The Apple Watch is essentially a real-life Pip Boy. It would be cool to have an actual Apple developed watch face that can be accessed through the watch app. I know there are some third-party apps that develop this type of watch face. Those third-party apps charge a monthly fee and then you have to use the app to show the face. I trust Apple more than these other developers and feel like they can produce something that is better.
