I'm sure you'll manage to adjust. Apple owns iOS, not us. They can change anything in iOS they want. This new icon isn't really all that new. Several years ago, they use an icon much like the new one. And somehow we all managed to go on with our lives.

To be honest, this was the first attempt to creating a custom iOS icon (I only had an idea when I stumbled upon this post).

The Camera App icon in iOS 26 on iPhone looks like this and cannot be changed:
