How do I remove the speaking bar from my iPhone 11 screen?
It’s driving me crazy. I didn’t even put it there!!

Do you perhaps have Voice Control, which is different than VoiceOver, enabled? Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control>Off.
As a last resort, you can reset your settings. Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset All Settings. After you do that, all settings will be set back to the way they were when the phone came out of the box. You will have to spend some time putting things back the way they were.

It’s a gray square that when opens, gives you options of minimize, speaking rate & reader! None of that, I need to have. But somehow I can’t get rid of this little gray square.

I had already tried through settings, accessibility to remove this annoying bar from my screen. There is no “voice over” to click on under accessibility!
Oops! There is “voice over” but it’s already off! It’s not helping me at all.
