Imminent threat alert issue 26.2

I have an “imminent threat alert” that I can’t get rid of on the face of my iPhone promax17. I’m running 26.2 latest version. I’ve tried disabling the govt warnings, resetting my phone, etc with not luck. Restarting the phone has not helped. The warnings now three days old. When does it go away?

Never mind, scrolling left got rid of it

How do I stop getting strange notifications on my iPhone? While visiting one website, I received a notification "Your iPhone has been hacked. A hacker is tracking all your actions on the device. Immediate action is required!". The only option offered was to "close" the notification. It is possible that the site popped up an offer to solve the problem, but I closed the site in a panic.
