My iPhone 13s battery health is very poor. After 10% it is getting switched off. Battery health is 75% as of now after 2.5 years.
I contacted AppleCare, they said it’ll take 2-3 days for a battery replacement, which is not possible as this is the only phone that I have. Is there any chance that I can get it replaced within the same day?

You might check with your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to see if they can do a same day replacement. Most Best Buy stores are authorized.
How close are you to an Apple Retail Store? If you partner with a member of the store management team they can usually accommodate special requests within reason.

these forums are user helping other users like yourself, it's sort of going to a physical apple store and asking other customers their advice
if they already told you how long it would take then support you can try their support again
