How to turn off AI in Backgammon for Game Center?
Backgammon for game center as introduced AI, is there a way to turn it off?

Apple does not make a Backgammon app, so the question should be posted to the developer of the specific App.
Do note, that AI may just be referring to the computer opponent and nothing else. You need some for of AI to play against, and even if its not or wasn't directly labeled as AI before, it still AI, and unless you play against another human, your playing against AI.
With that said, you would need to look in games Settings for what AI controls it may have beyond you the computer opponents difficulty level.
